    Q: How does car transportation work?

    Q: What types of vehicles can be transported?

    A: We can transport various vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, trucks, SUVs, and even specialty vehicles.

    Q: Are my vehicles insured during transportation?

    A: Yes, our company provide insurance coverage to protect your vehicle against damage or loss during transportation.  Further information is available in our terms and conditions.

    Q: How long does it take to transport a vehicle?

    A: The duration of transportation depends on the distance and specific route. Typically, it can range from 2 to 5 days depending on the destination.

    Q: Can I ship personal belongings in my vehicle during transportation?

    A: Personal items can be shipped (not recommended) but this is done at the Customer’s own risk and will not be covered in by insurance.

    Q: Is door-to-door delivery available?

    A: Yes, door-to-door delivery is available which involves collection of the vehicle from your location and delivering it to the specified destination.

    Q: What is the difference between open transport and enclosed transport?

    A: We offer on open transport which involves transporting vehicles on an open trailer.  Enclosed transport uses a covered trailer to protect vehicles from external elements.  For an idea of our open carriers, you can view images in our gallery.

    Q: Can I track the status of my vehicle during transportation?

    A: For security reasons, we do not provide live tracking of vehicles, however, updates can be provided by the person with whom you booked your vehicle for transport.

    Q: Do I need to be present when my vehicle is picked up or delivered?

    A: It is generally recommended to be present during both the pickup and delivery of your vehicle to ensure a smooth handover, complete the proof of collection/delivery and to address any queries that you may have.

    Q: How should I prepare my vehicle for transportation?

    A: You should ensure that your vehicle is clean, remove personal belongings, secure loose parts, and keep the fuel tank at a quarter full.

    Q: Can I ship a non-running vehicle?

    A: Yes, we can transport non-running vehicles. However, it is important to inform us in advance.

    A: In the rare event of damage, our companies have insurance coverage to compensate for any potential damages incurred.  Please review our terms and conditions regarding this.
